💫 Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use the Contact Form to contact us. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
A few items can’t be returned:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. A $15 return/restocking processing fee will be deducted from the final return amount.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
